  • Enrollment Dashboard Job Aid – step-by-step instructions for Certified Enrollers on accessing the Enrollment Dashboard to view consumers enrollment information and make appropriate changes
  • My Profile Page Job Aid – step-by-step instructions on how account changes can be made by accessing the My Profile page after logging into the users CalHEERS account
  • Premium Payment Job Aid – step-by-step instructions on how Certified Enrollers may assist consumers in making a premium payment for a pending Plan (Health or Dental) from the consumer’s perspective
  • Cancel and Disenroll Coverage Job Aid – step-by-step instructions for Certified Enrollers assisting consumers who want to disenroll or cancel their current health and/or dental plan

When selecting the “Other qualifying life event” option from the drop down to report a change or submit an application, you will need to contact the Agent Service Center at (877) 453-9198.

 

CalHEERS will undergo an update this weekend, known as Release 18.6. With this release, Covered California is updating:

  • Shop and Compare to display program eligibility for an entire household or select members, the addition of a back button, and an updated look and feel
  • Report A Change to eliminate the reason and date fields on the “Sign and Submit Your Changed Application” page
  • The consumer’s home page to restore the Authorized Representative link
